Dartmoor Pottery Kiln

Supporting local small crafts, arts, and agricultural industry in keeping with a historic tradition

Located on Dartmoor National Park, Natasha works with a local dairy farm to fuel her wood fired Kiln, continuing a tradition of throwing and wood-firing pottery on Dartmoor that dates back millennia.

‘The use of wood firing creates a completely unique glaze on every pot, with fascinatingly complex surface textures and rich variations of colour. My forms are clean yet cosy with an ergonomic feel that invites you to slow down and cherish the small moments.’

- Natasha Wightman

Natasha’s pottery ties into a local network of artists, craft shops and helps support local agriculture, a much needed diversification for the farm.
